I passed out after helping a friend move into their new place yesterday, got about 12 hours of sleep, i guess i needed it, so i took yesterday as an off day. Any suggestions for today?
So did Gray ever come back down? We're still waiting for the medicine ball you threw up in London to come back down, too strong for your own good lol. Aye I did my first max deadlift since a year ago. Down from 395 to 345. 50 is a big difference to me seeing how I'm 72" tall and weigh a mere 158 or maybe less after yesterdays wod lol. My goal is 425 by July. My max bench and max press is way down! I don't even want to talk about it. Got back on the mats yesterday though. Parkour Takeover anyone?!?
