SNATCH BALANCES 45-65LBS, 3 X 5

WOD-
AMRAP IN 15 MINUTES OF:
5 HANDSTAND PUSHUPS
10 BOX JUMPS
15 AIR SQUATS

  1. Workout 10FEB- 500m row 1:29 right into Cindy 24rds right into 500m row 1:40. My pull-ups slowed me down a lot. Can't do em like before but I'll get back there.

    "P90X is the tuffest cardio work out I've done. That shit will make me a beast" says the guy wearing a "300 bench press club" shirt that couldn't run .5 miles on the treadmill without stopping. I felt the need to enlighten him. So I did. CTO=Very Incredible!

    into overhead squats, 4 x5 reps

    3minute rest

    15 pushups (feet on bench, you gave me a modification for 5 handstand pushups)
    10 box jumps
    15 airsquats,

    15 minutes, AMRAP, completed uh..lol 8 rounds..

  3. Its been a month since I did a WOD. This one was perfect. It showed me how easy it is to loose endurance on something as easy as air squats. This WOD kicked my butt but was just what I needed to get me back in the gym. Thanks Andy
