TIME FOR A LITTLE REST

September 5, 2007-Grayson 8 hours old

Today was a rest day for me and man did I need it. I can't wait to get in the gym tomorrow. I plan on continuing to follow the program on the Optimum Performance Training blog. James Fitzgerald has a sic talent when it comes to programing for the crossfit athlete. Another workout I plan on doing in the near future and setting a personal best on is "Elizabeth".
