10 Snatches (95lbs)
10 Chest to Bar Pullups

  1. 14.33 miler in 2.14:44 (9.24 minute/mile) pace stopped around 8 mile mark for energy gel and water and once to take a leak. Body feels good, I got my first black toenail and a couple small blisters but other than that 4 hour marathon is in my grasp!!!!!
