WORKOUT-03/04/10

WOD-
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
250 meter row
2 rope climbs
10 ring dips

ATTENTION- LOOKING FOR A LEVEL ONE CERTIFIED TRAINER TO TAKE CHARGE OF OUR MILITARY AFFILIATE ON NAVAL STATION NORFOLK. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF TURNING CROSSFIT TAKEOVER INTO A COMMERCIAL AFFILIATE IN VIRGINIA BEACH. WE WILL STILL BE CONDUCTING WORKOUTS AT THE MARINE GYM UNTIL THE TRANSITION IS COMPLETE.
