50 Back Squats (95lbs)
50 Ball Slams (20lbs)
50 burpees
50 box jumps 24"

    If I would of done this a month ago I probably would of died!!! Great workout! Now that we found the good pull-up bars, I'm looking forward to Angie! Loving those protien pancakes, thanks Mac!

  5. andy, it was so awesome to see jaime,nick,starr and anderson finish this wod. i was long done b4 them and it put a smile on my face to sit back and watch them all struggle with this wod but not quit at all!!! nothing better then helping people improve in health,fitness and life! cant wait to get back and train with you and keep these guys going!!- fish
