casey, yes i have a notebook that i write down everyday what wod we do and even what we eat everynight. i will def show u guys the wods and what u will be able to do. we even found the marine barracks with straight pullup bars out front. ran into the first sgt at the gym and he was doing crossfit so we started talking and now he allows us to camp out at the pullup bars all we want and use them on a daily basis. u will have plenty of wods to do here bro dont worry. the rooftop is where its a tho dog!! gettin a tan and wod together. andy, kentucky might win it all but watch out for cornell!! them boys can shoot the J!!!! i would like to say that decorse got double unders finally and got 21 in a row! jaime is still struggling to get the coordination down but did get 3 in a row today. dont laugh, u shouldve seen him when he first started jumping rope. hillarious! these guys have come a long way. - fish!!!!!

Thank you very much Gil and Andy for inviting me to train with you guys today. I am alway humbled by the hospitality of the community. You have a great box...I believe you guys are going to touch some lives and make a difference in our community. Andy, guess we will have to throw a weight vest on Sean to have a prayer next time.
