  3. I got 13:04 and my legs were done when i got to that last 500 meter row. Plus we had Gillian the squat Nazi telling Phill and I when are squats werent low enough

  6. Holy Shit Andy this one was rough but I dug it. It really beat up some of the Det 4 dudes.
