Was harder than I was thinking last night. I ended up with 13:53 and was trying to catch up with Nick the whole time.
I got 13:04 and my legs were done when i got to that last 500 meter row. Plus we had Gillian the squat Nazi telling Phill and I when are squats werent low enough

Holy Shit Andy this one was rough but I dug it. It really beat up some of the Det 4 dudes. 17:49 as rxd!!! I just wish my muscle-ups had not have been broken up.
whoever made this wod up needs a swift kick to the groin!! haha struggled through the whole thing, especially after playing 2 games of bball!Z didn't quite time myself on this one..
