ATTENTION: WE WILL BE HOSTING A WORKOUT AT 1PM TOMORROW AT MT. TRASHMORE!! THE WORKOUT WILL BE DIFFERENT THAN THE WOD POSTED ABOVE. PLEASE COME TO TRASHMORE AND MEET US BY THE STAIRS. BRING A FRIEND!!! THE 9AM FUNDAMENTALS AND 1030AM CLASS ARE STILL ON BUT NO OPEN GYM!
