5 ROUNDS FOR TIME:
20 PULLUPS
30 PUSHUPS
40 SITUPS
50 SQUATS

*REST 3 MINUTES BETWEEN ROUNDS, SCORE IS THE AMOUNT OF WORK TIME NOT COUNTING REST.
