REMEMBER GUYS, CHALK IS AN IMPORTANT TOOL IN OLY LIFTING AND GYMNASTICS BUT YOU DON'T NEED TO USE ALOT AND IT IS FAR FROM ESSENTIAL......AND YES I MADE THIS POINT TO SHOW OFF MY CUTE ASS KID!!!

Wow he was lifting some pretty serious weight for a 2 year old. I'm impressed.
ReplyDeleteThanks a million times to Gillian for removing the 'bitch from my heart' with regards to squat snatch! Problem solved, now I'm gonna work OHS and snatch balance so I can lift big boy weight soon.
