HM3 DREW KASTELIC FROM CROSSFIT OBSESSION SQUATING 405LBS WITH EASE!

WORKOUT
4 rounds of-
400 meter run
15 Handstand Pushups
10 kettlebell swings (70lbs)

Jeremy's Paleo Salad
Organic baby Spinach-as much as you want, its spinach dude!
1 can of tuna
tablespoon of craisins
10-15 almonds and walnuts
cherry tomatoes
viniagrette of your choice
*for those of you that follow paleo plus dairy, add a little gouda or goat cheese
