Today I set new personal record on Overhead squat with 165lbs. The first rep was a bit shallow but my second rep, although shakey, appears to be legit. Compared to my other lifts this is a weak number but those who know me and my struggle with the overhead squats can understand why I am so stoked! Here's what I did in the gym today. -ANDY
7 rounds of
30 double unders
20 pullups
10 push jerks 135lbs
*rest 2 minutes between rounds

ReplyDelete15 lunges. everytime u set the wt down u do 5 burpees. saw ur GI jane video and ohs as well. i am jealous of u big time. u will be so far advanced when i get home that i will look like a joke. not having bumper plates is killing me cuz i cant do much overhead anything without these brown guys yelling at us. later bro
