WORKOUT-02/22/10


Franco Columbo-Deadlifting back when bodybuilders were known for their strength


WOD-
Deadlifts 3,3,3,3,3

rest 5 minutes then-

Complete as many rounds as possible of in 7 minutes

5 pullups
5 Knees to elbows
5 burpees

PALEO DINNER IDEA #1
Break out the BBQ-
-Shrimp and Chicken Skewers w/ bell peppers and onions brushed in lemon juice, olive oil and dry rub
-served with avacado wedges and spinach salad(almonds, walnuts, and a viniagrette dressing

  2. Great WOD. JE, Packard, Pang and I all enjoyed it after a rather long day at work. Keep the Paleo meal plans coming. It is helping more people than you can imagine.
