Karen Pena at the bottom of an Overhead Squat
What can I say about Karen…first off she is just a wonderful person and her energy is contagious. I remember the first time I met Karen and to see how much progress she has made in just the short time she has been doing CrossFit is amazing! I also have to add that she has been coming in with a BROKEN TOE!!! And she is still CrossFitting!!!

ended up doing yesterday's workout as my warm up and that turned out to be a mistake. My forearms are thrashed now.
