WORKOUT-04/23/10

First time ever trying to max out, and I PT'd this morning.
This was a blast!! Total 313, this was my first try at maxing on these lifts. Now I have a baseline to build from. Thanks Andy for the pointers, you guys are the best!

I did the High Bar for the back squat. I've been practicing the Low Bar with lower weight like you said to do. My wrist and shoulders are slowly finding a new level of flexibility lol.
