WOD-
DEADLIFTS 3,2,2,2,1

THEN

10 MINUTE AMRAP OF
4 RING PUSHUPS
8 BOX JUMPS
12 WALKING  LUNGES
* GOAL IS TO COMPLETE EACH EXERCISE UNBROKEN.

    Deadlifts: 250, 275, 285, 295, 320 (almost got it the whole way about 3/4 on last rep)
