ARE YOU GETTING YOUR OMEGA-3s


Fish is a great source of omega three fatty acids and protein but it is important to make the right fish choices and prepare it properly. Mark Sisson from "Mark's Daily Apple" drops some knowledge on how to broil fish. Check it out!

  2. got a great workout in with Gillian and Nick today. Think we did a WOD from the Crossfit Fairfax site.

    5 Rounds for time
    250 M Row
    5 Handstand Push ups
    10 Burpees
    15 Sit ups

    We all finished between 13:30 and 13:50. Burpees never get easier.
