WORKOUT-03/22/10
TIM CARUSO WAS ONE OF THE FIRST PEOPLE GILLIAN AND I MET WHEN WE MOVED TO VIRGINIA BEACH IN 2005. SO IT ONLY MAKES SENSE THAT TIM AND HIS WIFE JULES WOULD BE TWO OF THE FIRST PEOPLE WALKING THROUGH THE DOORS OF CROSSFIT TAKEOVER. TIMMY IS RELATIVELY NEW TO CROSSFIT BUT HIS LIFE REVOLVES AROUND HEALTH, FITNESS AND THE OUTDOORS. HE IS A FULL TIME FIREFIGHTER, COMPETITIVE SOCCER PLAYER, AND ONE SIC BODYBOARDER! NOW LETS SEE HOW IS DOES GOING UP AGAINST FRAN!

ReplyDeleteSERIOUSLY!! Do you have to talk about March Madness here?? lol. Glad you are getting to keep up with it tho Fish. Keep killing those WODS man. I am hoping you are keeping track of the WODS you are doing over there so Det 4 can have a template of WODS that are easily done in that gym.
ReplyDeleteI did todays WOD and loved it. By far one of the best WODS Andy (Dragon) Gallego has conjured up. I wish I could have do it at CTO but had to do it with Det 4 at the Marine gym. I waiting to post my time due to one Levar Perry that said he would kill my time by 2 minutes. I wont say I set the bar high but its gunna be tough to beat. Good luck brotha, hopefully Ill be there tomorrow to watch. So how was watching yourself do curls today?????

did this wod at CFO today my elbow is still screwed up but it didnt stop me from getting this done. Im going to rest my elbow tomorrow hopefully I will come flying out of the gates on wednesday.
