2 HANDSTAND PUSHUPS & 4 KB SWINGS THE 2ND MINUTE
3 HANDSTAND PUSHUPS & 6 KB SWINGS THE 3RD MINUTE.........
CONTINUE UNTIL YOU CAN NOT COMPLETE THE ROUND BEFORE YOUR MINUTE IS UP!
