  5. I would think with her extensive training background she would convert some of the same moves from pole to rope. Let me know when you want to hit it up tomorrow.

    Oh my freaking god that sucked.

    Gil has the best time so far, although she could have gone faster if she hadn't been sliding down the rope upside down.
